the location was great for ulcinj, really close to the beach, old town, and all the clubs/restaurants, an old town and a high cliff overseeing the city. it took 15 minutes to reach liman 2 on foot. i appreciated the deluxe double room, that was beautiful.

The hotel was a convenient base for enjoying a very quiet area, close enough to the beaches, a high cliff overseeing the city, and the old town Stari Grad, which is above the sea. Its location was central, 500 meters from the Old Town.

The rooms at Old Town Rooms 'Dulcinea' are absolutely stunning! With a balcony overlooking the breathtaking coast, I felt like I was living in a postcard.
Personally, I found the private entrance a bit inconvenient. It took some extra effort to get in and out of the room.

Located in the heart of the charming old town, Villa Dulcinea offers a perfect base to explore the area. the rooms boast stunning sea views and have a rustic yet modern feel. the comfortable beds ensure a good night's sleep, and the clean and new bathrooms add to the pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy breakfast and dine in the restaurant with its terrace overlooking the sea. the staff is attentive and offers free water upon arrival.
The lack of clear signage and directions to the villa can make it difficult to find for first-time visitors.

The sandy beach next to the Old Town was a great spot to relax. The restaurants had a nice terrace for Mediterranean breakfasts with a view. Plus, there was open free parking! Fantastic.
Who needs elevators? Climbing all those stairs to the old town and the hotel was just delightful.
